They are honored in the month of June, Santo Ant\u00f4nio, whose party takes place on the 13th, the party is for S\u00e3o Jo\u00e3o on the 24th; and on the 29th, to S\u00e3o Pedro.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\"><span style=\"color:#000000;\">The traditional Festas Juninas are marked by dancing, bonfires, games, flags and especially their typical foods. But how can you enjoy the June delights without forgetting your health?\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\"><span style=\"color:#000000;\">In moderation and knowing how to choose the foods you eat well, it is possible to enjoy the festive season without wasting your time on a large amount of sugar and fat. Therefore, here are some recipe suggestions:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\"><strong><span style=\"color:#0000ff;\">Corn cake<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration:underline;\"><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color:#000000;\">2 cups of skimmed milk<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color:#000000;\">4 small eggs<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color:#000000;\">200 g cornmeal<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color:#000000;\">2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color:#000000;\">6 tablespoons of canola oil<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color:#000000;\">1 tablespoon full of cornstarch<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color:#000000;\">3 teaspoons of Cinnamon powder<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color:#000000;\">1 tablespoon of chemical baking powder<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color:#000000;\">8 tablespoons powdered sweetener for cooking (Sucralose)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Method of preparation:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><\/strong><br \/>\n<span style=\"color:#000000;\">Blend the eggs, oil, milk, cheese and sweetener in a blender. Add the cornmeal, cornstarch and cinnamon powder. Finally, gently add the yeast and transfer to a pan greased with oil and sprinkled with corn flour. Bake in a preheated medium oven until golden. Leave to cool, unmold and serve cold.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color:#0000ff;\">Sweet Rice with Peanut Pa\u00e7oca<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration:underline;\"><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color:#000000;\">1 liter of water<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color:#000000;\"> 1 cinnamon stick<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color:#000000;\"> 4 cloves<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color:#000000;\"> grated peel of 1\/2 lemon<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color:#000000;\"> 1 cup of rice tea <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color:#000000;\"> \u00bd cup powdered sweetener suitable for cooking <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color:#000000;\"> 2 cups of skimmed milk <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color:#000000;\"> 3 pieces of peanut pa\u00e7oca, or 2 tablespoons of roasted and ground peanuts<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color:#000000;\"> cinnamon powder for sprinkling<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration:underline;\"><span style=\"color:#000000;\"><strong>Method of preparation:<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color:#000000;\">In a medium saucepan, place the water, cinnamon, cloves and grated lemon peel. When it boils, add the rice and let it cook until the water starts to dry. Add the sweetener and milk little by little until it becomes creamy. Add the peanuts, stir and serve sprinkled with cinnamon powder.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color:#0000ff;text-align:justify;\">Quent\u00e3o No Alcohol<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration:underline;\"><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color:#000000;\">1 bottle of 500 ml of grape juice<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color:#000000;\">3 bottles of 500 ml of water<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color:#000000;\">500 g of sugar<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color:#000000;\">100 g of ginger<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color:#000000;\">Cinnamon stick (to taste)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color:#000000;\">10 g of cloves<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color:#000000;\">2 lemons in slices<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration:underline;\"><strong>Method of preparation: <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color:#000000;\">Place the juice, water and sugar in a pan. Leave it heating. Then place the cloves, ginger, cinnamon and lemon slices in a tissue, or a very clean kitchen towel. Then, place this sachet inside the pan.
