{"id":638,"date":"2011-02-09T12:26:26","date_gmt":"2011-02-09T14:26:26","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blogpratocheio.wordpress.com\/?p=638"},"modified":"2011-02-09T12:26:26","modified_gmt":"2011-02-09T14:26:26","slug":"lasanha-de-peixe","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pratocheio.org.br\/en\/sem-categoria\/lasanha-de-peixe\/","title":{"rendered":"Fish Lasagna"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a rel=\"attachment wp-att-639\" href=\"http:\/\/blogpratocheio.wordpress.com\/2011\/02\/09\/lasanha-de-peixe\/lasanha-pantaneira\/\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-639 aligncenter\" title=\"pantaneira lasagna\" src=\"http:\/\/blogpratocheio.files.wordpress.com\/2011\/02\/lasanha-pantaneira.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"265\" height=\"190\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 kg of painted fillet (thin fillets, as you will be putting them raw in the oven)<\/li>\n<li>500g sliced ham<\/li>\n<li>500g sliced mozzarella<\/li>\n<li>2 cloves of garlic, pressed<\/li>\n<li>1 onion cut into slices<\/li>\n<li>1 lemon squeezed<\/li>\n<li>3 tomatoes cut into slices<\/li>\n<li>1 can of tomato sauce<\/li>\n<li>salt to taste<\/li>\n<li>black pepper to taste<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Method of preparation:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">Place the tomato sauce in a medium serving dish. Arrange fish fillets over the sauce. Season with salt and lemon. Then, cover the fish with two layers of mozzarella and one of ham. Lastly, add tomato and onion slices with a little olive oil. Repeat the layers until the ingredients are finished. Cover with aluminum foil. Let it bake for 50 minutes in the oven.
