Heat the sugar, butter and honey until dissolved. Remove from the heat and add the oats and peanuts. Shake well. Pour the mixture into the mold and bake at 190\u00baC for 25 minutes, until golden and starting to bubble at the edges. Leave to cool in the pan for 5 minutes. Cut with a sharp knife, marking squares. Let cool completely and break into squares.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cassava cake<a href=\"http:\/\/blogpratocheio.wordpress.com\/2011\/06\/22\/festa-junina-receitas\/bolo-aipim\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-931\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-full wp-image-931\" title=\"cassava cake\" src=\"http:\/\/blogpratocheio.files.wordpress.com\/2011\/06\/bolo-aipim.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"224\" height=\"114\" \/><\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration:underline;\">Ingredients:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>300g grated coconut<\/li>\n<li>4 cups of sugar<\/li>\n<li>4 eggs<\/li>\n<li>4 spoons of butter<\/li>\n<li>1 and a half liters of milk<\/li>\n<li>2 kg of grated cassava<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration:underline;\">Method of preparation:<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Beat the coconut, sugar, egg, butter and milk in a blender until smooth. Add the cassava. Mix everything very well and place on a greased baking tray. Bake in the preheated oven for about 40 minutes or until golden.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Curau Diet<a href=\"http:\/\/blogpratocheio.wordpress.com\/2011\/06\/22\/festa-junina-receitas\/curau\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-932\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-full wp-image-932\" title=\"Curau\" src=\"http:\/\/blogpratocheio.files.wordpress.com\/2011\/06\/curau.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"200\" height=\"134\" \/><\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration:underline;\">Ingredients:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>400g raw natural corn kernels<\/li>\n<li>4 glasses of skimmed milk<\/li>\n<li>4 tablespoons oven and stovetop sweetener<\/li>\n<li>1 tablespoon light margarine<\/li>\n<li>3 tablespoons cornstarch<\/li>\n<li>50ml orange juice<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Enough cinnamon powder to sprinkle<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration:underline;\">Method of preparation:<\/span><br \/>\nIn the blender add the corn with two glasses of milk. Pass through a sieve, then add the rest of the milk, orange juice, sweetener, light margarine and cornstarch. Cook over low heat until creamy. Divide into bowls and sprinkle with cinnamon powder.
