A lot of energy is being wasted and it always hits that fog in the middle of the afternoon, right?<\/h4>\n<h4 style=\"text-align:justify;\">Enough of those classic bauru and oven-baked hot dog recipes, we want something practical, tasty and, above all, different.<\/h4>\n<h4><span style=\"color:#808000;\">Grape energy juice<\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/blogpratocheio.wordpress.com\/2011\/07\/11\/ferias-curticao-com-boa-alimentacao\/suco-energetico-de-uva-f8-13196\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-955\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-full wp-image-955\" title=\"grape-energy-juice-f8-13196\" src=\"http:\/\/blogpratocheio.files.wordpress.com\/2011\/07\/suco-energetico-de-uva-f8-13196.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"182\" height=\"138\" \/><\/a><\/h4>\n<h4>1\/2 star fruit<br \/>\n25 ml of grape juice<br \/>\n25 gr of raw beetroot<br \/>\n100 ml guarana soda<br \/>\n1 tablespoon(s) of sugar<br \/>\nhow much ice<\/h4>\n<h4><span style=\"text-decoration:underline;\">Preparation mode<\/span><\/h4>\n<h4 style=\"text-align:justify;\">Blend all ingredients except the ice in a blender. Strain well. In a glass, add the ice and then the juice. Garnish with a slice of star fruit.<\/h4>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h4><span style=\"color:#808000;\">Sesame sticks<\/span><\/h4>\n<h4>1 tablet of fresh organic yeast<br \/>\n1\/2 cup warm skimmed milk<br \/>\n1 tablespoon of olive oil<br \/>\n1 1\/2 cup (tea) wheat flour<br \/>\n1 teaspoon of salt<br \/>\n1 unit of egg white<br \/>\n2 tablespoons of white sesame<\/h4>\n<h4><span style=\"text-decoration:underline;\">Method of preparation<\/span><\/h4>\n<h4 style=\"text-align:justify;\">In a container, place the bread yeast and mix with a little wheat flour. Add the olive oil and milk, mix and gradually add the rest of the wheat flour. Knead until done. Let it rest.<br \/>\nMake thin sticks, brush with beaten egg white and dip in sesame seeds. Place on a non-stick baking tray and let it rise for 20 minutes. Then place the mixture in a double pan (pudding mold with lid and pan to hold the water). The pudding mold must be greased with margarine and sugar, and the mixture is baked in a bain-marie on the stove for approximately 45 minutes.
