On this special date to pay tribute to bus drivers, taxi drivers, motorcycle couriers, truck drivers, and even that old friend or relative of ours who keeps giving us a hard time with a ride, we will give tips on how you, the driver on duty, can food in a practical, quick and healthy way.\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/blogpratocheio.wordpress.com\/2011\/07\/25\/25-de-julho-%e2%80%93-dia-do-motorista\/motorista\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-975\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-thumbnail wp-image-975\" title=\"DRIVER\" src=\"http:\/\/blogpratocheio.files.wordpress.com\/2011\/07\/motorista.jpg?w=140\" alt=\"\" width=\"140\" height=\"150\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Fruits:<\/strong> \u00a0Fruits have a high nutritional value and, generally, high levels of fiber, water and vitamins. Therefore, consuming a fruit such as apple, banana, pear and guava, in addition to being quick, is healthy, as vitamins and water are essential in your daily life and fiber makes you feel full, reducing the feeling of hunger.<\/p>\n<p>Now, whenever you&#039;re in the middle of that traffic, remember to eat some fruit!
