Baked fish with broccoli

Ingredients

6 fish fillets (sole or hake)

Salt, black pepper and lemon for seasoning

2 cups of lightly cooked broccoli

1 can of cream

Method of preparation

In a bowl, place the fish fillets, season with salt, pepper and lemon and let taste for a few minutes.

Place portions of broccoli on each fillet, roll them up and insert a toothpick to secure the ends.

Place in refractory and drizzle with cream

Place in a preheated medium-high oven (200ºC) for around 30 minutes

 

Fish with vegetables

Ingredients

400g hake fillet
8 cups of water
2 tablespoons salt to taste
100g green pods cut lengthwise
3 medium carrots, grated lengthwise
1 green pepper cut lengthwise
3 tablespoons butter
Salt and pepper to taste

 

Method of preparation

In a pan with water and salt, place the carrots, onions, peppers and green beans to boil for 2 minutes.

Drain the vegetables and set aside.

Cut the hake into 4 fillets, season with salt and pepper to taste.

Line a baking tray with the vegetables, and place the hake fillets on top.

Melt the butter and pour over the fillets.

Cover the pan with aluminum foil.

Bake for 10 to 15 minutes.

Garnish with cilantro and serve

Baked fish fillet

Ingredients

1 kg of hake fillet

1 glass of white wine

salt

Black pepper

1 medium onion grated

4 tablespoons oil1 tablespoon cornstarch

2 cups of milk

Breadcrumbs

Grated cheese

 

Method of preparation

Season the fillets with salt, pepper and white wine

For the sauce:

Sauté the onion in oil, add the cornstarch dissolved in the milk and stir until it thickens.

Place the seasoned fillets in an ovenproof dish and cover with the sauce.

Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and grated cheese and place in the oven for 20 minutes to brown and then serve.
