Recipes: Spinach Cake and Apple and Orange Shell Biscuits

Ingredients

6 eggs
1 cup (tea) oil
1 bunch of spinach stalks
3 cups of sugar (tea)
3 cups (tea) of wheat flour
1 package of chocolate sprinkles
2 tablespoons of baking powder

Method of preparation:
Blend the egg yolk and oil in a blender, gradually add the spinach, add the sugar and beat well. Transfer the dough to a bowl and add the wheat flour, chocolate sprinkles, baking powder and egg whites. Bake in a round pan (with a hole in the middle), greased and floured, in a medium oven for approximately 30 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.

WHOLE-WEIGHT APPLE AND ORANGE PEEL COOKIES

Ingredients
1 cup (tea) of oats
1 cup (tea) sugar
1 cup (tea) of wheat flour
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1 large egg
1 tablespoon of butter
1 tablespoon of baking powder
1 tablespoon chopped dried orange peel (let the orange dry in the oven)
Peel of 1 dried and chopped apple
1 teaspoon of cloves

Method of preparation:
First, combine all the dry ingredients in a bowl. Mix well. Add the butter to this mixture, pressing with a fork. Then add the egg, mixing well. The dough will be a little wet. Roll out the dough on a surface greased with flour and shape into cookies. Place the cookies on a baking tray and bake in a hot oven for 15 to 20 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 degrees.
