Rice with vegetables

Ingredients:

  • 1 large grated carrot
  • 2 grated zucchini
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 chopped tomatoes
  • 2 ears of corn
  • 1 tablespoon of oil
  • 1 tablet of meat broth
  • salt
  • Green smell
  • 1 ½ cup rice (tea)
  • 3 cups (tea) of hot water

Method of preparation:

 Put the oil in the pan. Add the onion, vegetables, beef broth tablet, seasonings and rice. Mix well, let it cook for a few minutes. Add the water and let it cook over medium heat. When the water is drying, test to see if you need to add more water. Wait for the water to dry and serve.
