Ingredients
2 cups boiled and blended potato skins
2 cups of wheat flour
2 eggs
2 spoons of chopped parsley
Salt (enough)
1 dessert spoon of baking powder
Frying oil
Method of preparation
Boil the potato skins and blend them in a blender. Place the dough in a bowl, add the eggs, flour, salt and yeast. Mix well. Heat the oil and fry the dumplings by spoonfuls.
