Zucchini roast

Ingredients:

  • 4 medium zucchini
  • 4 tablespoons of grated cheese (optional)
  • 1 cup of bread crumbs soaked in milk
  • Half grated onion
  • 1 tablespoon of oil
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • Chopped green smell

Method of preparation:

Boil the cut zucchini with their skin on in a little water. Mash them after cooking. Add the eggs, squeezed bread, cheese (if desired), onion, oil, green chilli and salt. Mix everything and put it in a greased pyrex dish. Sprinkle with cheese (optional) and bake. Serve it hot.
