3 cups of whole wheat flour
1/2 cup soy milk
1/4 cup (tea) oil
salt
Method of preparation
Mix all ingredients; knead well and roll out the dough very thinly; cut the cookies with the mouth of a glass; Bake until crispy.
Note: You can vary the flavor by adding sesame, rosemary, oregano, garlic, chestnuts, etc. to the dough. You can also replace the salt with honey and add raisins.
