Pasta
½ bunch of spinach (90g)-
½ cup (tea) of oil (100g)
½ cup (tea) of milk (115g)
1 and ½ cups (tea) of sugar (300g)
3 eggs (192g)
1 cup (tea) of wheat flour (150g)
1 cup of fine rolled oats (100g)
1 tablespoon of baking powder (20g)
Roof
8 tablespoons of chocolate powder (80g)
4 tablespoons of sugar (56g)
Method of preparation
Pasta
Preheat the oven to 180ºC. Place the spinach leaves in a pan of boiling water to blanch. Drain and blend in a blender with the oil and milk and then set aside. Mix the sugar with the yolks. Beat the egg whites and set aside. Add the flour, beaten spinach, yeast and finally, the egg whites to the sugar and yolk mixture. Pour the dough into a greased pan and bake for 30 minutes in a medium oven.
Roof
Mix the chocolate and sugar and add water little by little until you get a creamy consistency. Spread over the top of the cake.
