CARROT PATE

Ingredients

 

2 carrots

1 pepper

1 egg

100 gr of olives

½ cup of vegetable oil

1 tablespoon of cornstarch dissolved in 1 glass of skimmed milk

Seasonings to taste

 

 Method of preparation

 

Blend everything together in a blender and then add it to the pan until the oil appears on top. Wait for it to cool down. Serve with toast or bread.
