Ham and cheese soup


Ideal soup for cold days like today. Try it, it's quick and delicious.


4  of meat broth
Croutons (toasted bread cubes)
2 slices of cooked ham
50 grams of mozzarella
Salt and black pepper
Fresh basil
1 stalk of celery


In a large pot, boil 4 cups of beef broth. Slice a stalk of celery, cut into cubes 2 slices of cooked ham and 50 grams of Mozzarella. Add the celery to the broth and let it boil over low heat for 1 to 2 minutes. Add the ham and cook for another 1 to 2 minutes. Season with salt and black pepper. Place some cheese at the bottom of each plate and pour the soup over it. Garnish with croutons (toasted bread cubes) and fresh basil.
