Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped beet leaves
- 2 eggs
- 5 tablespoons wheat flour
- 2 tablespoons water
- ¼ piece of chopped onion
- Salt to taste
Method of preparation
- Beat the eggs well, mix the eggs and other ingredients
- Bake the dumplings in a medium oven (200ºC) for approximately 30 minutes.
