Beetroot puff pastry

    Ingredients

    • 1 cup chopped beet leaves
    • 2 eggs
    • 5 tablespoons wheat flour
    • 2 tablespoons water
    • ¼ piece of chopped onion
    • Salt to taste

    Method of preparation

    1. Beat the eggs well, mix the eggs and other ingredients
    2. Bake the dumplings in a medium oven (200ºC) for approximately 30 minutes.
