Apple and orange cake

    Ingredients:

    • 2 cups (tea) of wheat flour
    • 1 tablespoon of baking powder
    • 2 Fuji apples with peel
    • 100 ml of orange juice
    • 4 eggs
    • 200ml of oil
    • 2 cups of sugar (tea)
    • 1 tablespoon cinnamon for sprinkling
    • 1 tablespoon sugar for sprinkling

    Method of preparation:

    In a bowl, sift the flour with the baking powder. Reserve. In the blender add 1 ¹/² apple with the peel, orange juice, eggs, oil and two cups of sugar. Beat well until a homogeneous dough forms. Gradually add this mixture to the bowl containing the flour and yeast, mixing well. Pour the dough into a greased and floured pan. On top of the dough, place the other half of the thinly sliced apple. Place in the preheated oven (180°C) and bake until golden. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with powdered cinnamon and sugar.
