    Beet Stalk Pickles

    Ingredients:

    – 100g beetroot stalk
    – 200ml rice vinegar
    – 100ml of water
    – 1 cup of rice vinegar
    – 2 col. of sugar soup
    – 2 col. of salt tea

    Way of doing:

    Boil the vinegar, water, salt and sugar until the sugar is diluted. Pour over the stalk. Let it like and that's it!
