Vinaigrette with beetroot stalks

    Ingredients

    • Stalks of 6 beets
    • 2 chopped tomatoes
    • Chopped parsley to taste
    • Chopped chives
    • 1 small onion chopped
    • 3 tablespoons olive oil
    • 3 tablespoons of vinegar
    • 2 tablespoons yellow pepper
    • salt to taste

    Method of preparation

    1. Clean the stems and tomatoes according to the step-by-step instructions described on page 11.
    2. Mix all ingredients well.
