Ingredients
- Stalks of 6 beets
- 2 chopped tomatoes
- Chopped parsley to taste
- Chopped chives
- 1 small onion chopped
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons of vinegar
- 2 tablespoons yellow pepper
- salt to taste
Method of preparation
