Tangerine Cake

Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup (tea) oil
  • 2 cups of sugar (tea)
  • 2 whole gossips
  • 2 cups (tea) of wheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder

Method of preparation:

Remove the peel from the tangerine, the seeds and the white part in the middle. Blend all ingredients except flour and yeast in a blender. Mix the flour and yeast gently in a bowl. Place in the pan greased with butter and flour.
