Watermelon Cocada

Ingredients


500 grams of watermelon rind
20 grams of margarine
350 grams of sugar
1 coconut

Method of preparation


Caramelize 100 grams of sugar. Add the grated watermelon rind and stir over low heat. Add the grated coconut, 250 grams of sugar and 300 ml of water. Cook until it comes off the bottom of the pan. Spread all the margarine on a smooth surface and spoon the candy onto it.
