AVOCADO CREAM WITH COOKIES AND CHOCOLATE

Some foods can actually end PMS symptoms. Avocado is one of them. Rich in beta sitosterol, a substance that helps regulate mood. Whole-grain carbohydrates, like cookies, help release more serotonin, which promotes a feeling of well-being. Chocolate, the most famous of all, also helps relieve anxiety and bad mood.

Method of preparation:  Blend the avocado, yogurt, lemon juice, cream cheese and sweetener in a blender until you obtain a homogeneous mixture. Reserve. Separately, mix the milk with the chocolate powder and set aside. Assembly: place the cookies dipped in chocolate, a little of the avocado cream, another layer of cookies, another layer of cream and finally semi-sweet chocolate shavings in each bowl. Refrigerate for 3 hours before serving.
