Healthy choice is not expensive

There is a myth that healthy eating is synonymous with expensive eating. Let's imagine the situation of a person who only has R$ 15.00 for lunch. A snack accompanied by fries and a soft drink, easily found, costs around R$ 12.00.

Believing it to be a cheap choice, people don't even think about putting together a plate of healthier foods.

But, if we do the math, we will see that choosing these foods over fast food, in addition to being good for our health, is good for our pockets.
