Green Pinch Burger
Ingredients:
- 1 kg of ground beef
- 1 medium onion grated
- 1 clove of crushed garlic
- Chopped parsley
- Finely chopped cabbage stalks
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Method of preparation:
Combine all the ingredients, preferably with your hands, until you obtain a more homogeneous dough. Shape the burgers and place them in the refrigerator for approximately half an hour, to keep the meat firmer and make grilling easier. Place them on a hot plate, grill or frying pan, with a little olive oil.
Tip: If you want to freeze the burgers, wrap them individually in plastic wrap and place in the freezer.
And don't forget to wash your hands very well before preparing the burger!!!!!
Sugarcane Molasses Sauce
Ingredients:
- 5 tablespoons of sugarcane molasses
- 1 thin slice of pineapple
- ½ mango
- ½ glass (American) of orange juice
- 5g cloves
Method of preparation:
Place the sugar syrup, the pineapple cut into pieces, the mango cut into pieces, the cloves and the orange juice in a pan. Let cook for 15 minutes. Then blend everything in the blender.
TIP: you can also serve this sauce with other meats, such as a loin, or a pork rib, filet mignon, steak, medallion… Whatever you prefer.
