On Thursday, October 27th, our culinary workshop was held with the theme: “Healthy eating has no age”.
A class was given at the beginning of the workshop by nutrition intern Mayra Vieira Unterkircher on the most important nutrients at each stage of life.
Soon after, preparations for the chosen recipes began. The recipes were:
- Green Corn Brigadeiro;
- Vegetable Pizza;
- Homemade soda;
- Meat croquette with stalks;
- Feijoada Nuggets;
- Carrot and Beetroot Cocada.
