Guava Pudding with Shell

Ingredients:

3 guavas with peel(s)

2 cup(s) of water

2 cup(s) of milk

2 cup(s) of sugar

6 tablespoons cornstarch

Method of preparation:

Blend the guavas (unpeeled and chopped) with water in a blender and pass through a sieve. Return to the blender and blend with the rest of the ingredients. Pour the blended liquid into a pan and heat until it thickens. Place in a mold with a hole in the middle and refrigerate for approximately 2 hours. Once cold, unmold.
