GOOD MORNING APC FRIENDS,
How about starting the week by learning a little more about a powerful and nutritious cereal?
Did you know that the Quinoa (also called quinoa), offers many health benefits, it is the only plant-based food that contains all the amino acids necessary for our body, microminerals (e.g. zinc, iron and selenium) and vitamins, in addition to not containing gluten.

In addition to being healthy, it also has Omegas 3 and 6, which play an important role in the proper functioning of the brain and are an ally for preventing heart problems.
** Each 100 grams of cereal contains an average of 345.50 Kcal.

The Quinoa was chosen by the Heads of State and Government of the Community of Latin American and Caribbean States as a food that has an important role in promoting food and nutritional security (ensuring the supply of nutrients necessary for the maintenance of our body), and in eradicating poverty and hunger.
However, there is a limiting factor for purchasing this product: the price.
For 1 KG of this cereal you pay around R$23.50 / R$2.35 for every 100 grams. The price is not considerably cheap, but if purchasing is not possible, try to include more cereals in your diet.
Below, discover an easy-to-prepare recipe using this cereal.
