Beetroot Kiss
Ingredients
2 large beets
1 can of condensed milk
1 tablespoon margarine
1 package of dry and degreased grated coconut
Clove
Method of preparation
Blend the beetroot in a blender. Reserve;
Mix the condensed milk, margarine, grated coconut and beaten beetroot, and heat until it comes away from the pan;
Roll up and decorate with cloves.
Yield: 40 units
Preparation time: 30 minutes
