Good morning friends of APC!

Today is Friday, a day everyone has been waiting for, right?!

How about sweetening this day with a simple, tasty and nutritious dessert?

It's worth remembering that the secret to a healthy life is moderation, so don't overconsume, ok?!

Beetroot Kiss

 Ingredients

2 large beets

1 can of condensed milk

1 tablespoon margarine

1 package of dry and degreased grated coconut

Clove

Method of preparation

Blend the beetroot in a blender. Reserve;

Mix the condensed milk, margarine, grated coconut and beaten beetroot, and heat until it comes away from the pan;

Roll up and decorate with cloves.

Yield: 40 units

Preparation time: 30 minutes

 The beet, In addition to containing sugar, it is a vegetable very rich in vitamin A (excellent for vision), vitamins from the B complex (maintaining the health of the skin, hair, among various functions of the body) and vitamin C (the latter is only used if the beetroot is consumed raw) and mineral salts, such as sodium, potassium, zinc and magnesium.
