Ingredients
A 6 cups stems and leaves, chopped and cooked (to taste)
 100g margarine
 3 tablespoons of wheat flour
 2 cups of milk
salt to taste
4 egg yolks
1 tablespoon of baking powder
 4 egg whites
100g of grated cheese
A Method of preparation
Heat the margarine until it melts. Add the wheat flour and form a cream. Add the milk little by little and let it cook, forming a cream without stopping stirring. Add the chopped leaves, season to taste. Remove from heat and let cool. Once cold, add the egg yolks, yeast and egg whites, mixing lightly. Grease a mold with margarine and wheat flour or breadcrumbs, add the soufflé, sprinkle with cheese and bake in a preheated oven. Medium oven.
