- 3 cups (tea) of wheat flour
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup (tea) pumpkin peel
- 1 cup of kale and parsley stalks
- 1 grated carrot
- 1/2 cup of oil
- 1/2 package of grated cheese (50g)
- 1 small onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 glass of milk (250 ml)
- salt to taste
- 1 dessert spoon of baking powder
Method of preparation:
Filling
Saute the onion, garlic, stems and carrot.
Pasta
1. Place the eggs, pumpkin peel, oil, grated cheese, milk and salt in a blender;
2. Pour the dough into a bowl and mix the wheat, filling and baking powder;
3. Bake for 30 minutes in a pan previously greased with margarine or oil and wheat flour.
I loved it and mine was delicious, healthy, right?
