Apple and banana crumble

    Ingredients:

    1 Pineapple
    800g Apple
    600g Banana
    400g Very ripe banana (black)
    300g Broken oats
    200g brown sugar (optional)
    400g Butter
    Cinnamon powder
    200g wheat flour

    Method of preparation:
    Cut the fruits into cubes/slices.
    Mix cold butter with oats, flour, cinnamon and sugar or mashed very ripe (black) bananas
    Grease a refractory pan with butter.
    Place the fruits at the bottom and the dough on top.
    Bake in a medium oven ~ 180°C until the dough is golden.
