Ingredients:
– 3 carrot sticks
- 2 garlic cloves
– 1 lemon
– 50g sunflower seeds
– 100ml olive oil
– Salt to taste
Way of doing
After cleaning the carrot properly, place it in a food processor with the garlic. Blend until finely chopped. Add the sunflower seed. With the processor running, add the olive oil little by little until you obtain a rustic paste. Season with lemon and salt.
