Filling Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup onion (tea)
- 1 clove of crushed garlic
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 1 cup grated pumpkin peel
- 1/2 cup (tea) of water
- 2 cans of tuna
- Salt to taste
How to prepare the filling:
In a pan, heat the oil and sauté the onion and garlic. Add the grated pumpkin skin and water, cooking until the broth dries up. Drain the oil from the tuna and mix it with the sautéed pumpkin peel, add the salt and set aside.
Pasta Ingredients:
- 1 cup of milk (tea)
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 1 tablespoon margarine
- 1 and ¹/² cup (tea) of wheat flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- ¹/² cup tomato sauce
Dough preparation method:
In a blender, beat the milk, egg, salt, sugar, margarine, wheat flour and yeast until a homogeneous dough forms. Pour into a pizza pan greased with margarine (leave a very smooth layer), make some holes in the dough and place in a medium oven preheated to 180ºC for about 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and spread the tomato sauce, add the filling and bake again for another 15 minutes.
