Cake of Beetroot

    Cake ingredients

    • 3 small beets with skin
    • 2 eggs
    • 75 ml lemon juice
    • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
    • 1 ½ cup wheat flour
    • 1 cup of sugar
    • 1 teaspoon baking soup

    How to prepare the cake

    1. In a blender, blend the beetroot, eggs, lemon juice and oil. Reserve.
    2. In a bowl, sift the flour and mix the sugar and yeast.
    3. Add the beaten beetroot with the dry ingredients and mix well.
    4. Place in cupcake molds or in a mold with a hole in the middle and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

    Covering ingredients

    • 1 can of condensed milk
    • 1 can of cream
    • 2 tablespoons of chocolate powder
    • 1 spoon of butter or margarine

    How to prepare the topping

    1. Mix the condensed milk, chocolate milk, margarine or butter in a pan over low heat.
    2. Turn off the pan, add the cream and stir well until a homogeneous mixture is formed.
