Orange skin cake

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder
  • 2 cups (tea) of wheat flour
  • 2 cups of sugar (tea)
  • 1/4 cup (tea) oil
  • 2 medium oranges
  • 3 eggs

Method of preparation:

1. Cut the oranges into four, remove the seeds and the white part from the center (leave the peel and pomace);

2. Blend the oranges, oil, eggs, sugar and vanilla in a blender;

3. Pour this mixture into a bowl, add the wheat flour, mixing well and, finally, the yeast, mixing lightly;

4. Bake in a greased pan.

Tip: If you prefer, pour the juice of two oranges, sweetened with 2 tablespoons of sugar, over the hot cake.
