Beef Stew with Watermelon Peel

Ingredients:

– 350g chopped chuck
– 2 tablespoons of chopped onion
– 2 tablespoons of oil
– 1 cup chopped tomato
– 1 cup chopped pepper
– 1 cup chopped watermelon rind (white part)
– 1 cup of chopped various stems
– 1 cup of chopped carrot
– 2 meat broth tablets
– 6 cups of water
– Bay leaf (to taste)
– Paprika (to taste)
– Pepper sauce (to taste)

Method of preparation:

Sauté the onion in oil until golden. Add the minced meat and fry a little more, stirring constantly. Add the other ingredients and cook until the vegetables are soft.

Tip:
Use vegetable stalks such as watercress, parsley, spinach or beetroot.
