Cake ingredients
- 3 small beets with skin
- 2 eggs
- 75 ml lemon juice
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 ½ cup wheat flour
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soup
How to prepare the cake
- In a blender, blend the beetroot, eggs, lemon juice and oil. Reserve.
- In a bowl, sift the flour and mix the sugar and yeast.
- Add the beaten beetroot with the dry ingredients and mix well.
- Place in cupcake molds or in a mold with a hole in the middle and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Covering ingredients
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 1 can of cream
- 2 tablespoons of chocolate powder
- 1 spoon of butter or margarine
How to prepare the topping
- Mix the condensed milk, chocolate milk, margarine or butter in a pan over low heat.
- Turn off the pan, add the cream and stir well until a homogeneous mixture is formed.
