Ingredients
4 ripe banana peels
1 tomato
1 medium red pepper
1 medium onion
1 clove of garlic
½ cup tomato sauce
½ bunch of parsley
1 tablespoon of olive oil
Way of doing
Scrape the inner white part of the banana. Cut into cubes.
Saute the garlic in olive oil, add the onion until translucent. Add the pepper and banana peel. Add the tomato. When the tomato dries, add the tomato sauce and ½ cup of water. Let it cook until the banana peel softens. If necessary add more water. Season with salt and green scent.
