Ribs Marinated in Beetroot Juice

    Ingredients:

     

    • 1 pork rib
    • 2 units of roasted beets
    • 1⁄2 cup. of soy sauce
    • salt to taste
    • black pepper to taste
    • 2 col. From sesame oil soup

    Method of preparation:

    Roast two beets in the oven.
    When they are ready (the knife must go in without
    difficulties), peel and blend in a blender with soy sauce, rice vinegar, salt,
    black pepper and sesame oil.
    Place the marinade and ribs in a ziplock bag or bowl and refrigerate for 12 hours.
    After this period, line a baking tray with vegetable trimmings and parsley, place the ribs on it and cover with the marinade and culinary sake.
    Cover with aluminum foil and bake in a medium oven for about three hours.
