Ingredients
2 tablespoons of butter
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 clove of garlic
2 cubed plantains
1 cup cassava flour
Salt to taste
Way of doing
In a frying pan, place the butter and olive oil over low heat. Let it melt. Saute the garlic.
Increase the heat to medium, add the bananas and do not stir until they are golden on the bottom surface. Stir and brown on all sides, using the same technique. Season with salt.
Add the flour and let the flour toast, stirring occasionally so it doesn't burn.
