Ingredients
- 100g of butter
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1/2 chopped onion
- 2 sprigs of leaves and beetroot stalks, chopped
- 250g roasted cassava flour
- Salt to taste
Method of preparation
- Clean the leaves and stems as described step by step on Page 11.
- In a frying pan, melt the butter and sauté the garlic and onion.
- Add the leaves and sauté together with the garlic and onion.
- Add the flour little by little.
- Season with salt.
