Beetroot stalk flour

    Ingredients

    • 100g of butter
    • 2 garlic cloves
    • 1/2 chopped onion
    • 2 sprigs of leaves and beetroot stalks, chopped
    • 250g roasted cassava flour
    • Salt to taste

    Method of preparation

    1. Clean the leaves and stems as described step by step on Page 11.
    2. In a frying pan, melt the butter and sauté the garlic and onion.
    3. Add the leaves and sauté together with the garlic and onion.
    4. Add the flour little by little.
    5. Season with salt.
