PAVE OF BANANA

    Ingredients
    5 ripe dwarf bananas
    1 package of cornstarch biscuits
    1 cup. milk (tea)
    2 tablespoons of sugar

    Cream:
    750 ml of milk
    6 egg yolks (keep the whites)
    350g sugar
    50g cornstarch
    200g of cream

    Method of preparation:

    Cream:

    Mix the milk, egg yolks, sugar and starch in a pan until smooth before bringing to a boil.
    Cook the cream over low heat, stirring ALWAYS to avoid curdling. When it starts to boil, cook for another 3 minutes. Place in the refrigerator, covered with cling film stuck to its surface, until cold.
    Beat the cream with a mixer until smooth, add the cream.

    Assembly
    To assemble the pavé, mix the milk with the sugar to wet the cookies.
    In a refractory, make a layer of cream, followed by the biscuit dipped in milk with sugar, and on top of sliced banana, repeat the layers until finished. Refrigerate.
