BREAD PUDDING WITH SALT CARAMEL SYRUP

    Ingredients
    4 cups of milk
    8 eggs
    2 teaspoons of cinnamon powder
    1½ cup. sugar (tea)
    4 tablespoons of butter
    5 cups. (tea) stale bread in cubes

    Salted caramel
    ¾ cup. sugar (tea)
    3 tablespoons of butter
    1 teaspoon of salt
    2 boxes of cream (400g)

    Method of preparation:
    In a large bowl, mix the milk, eggs, melted butter, cinnamon and sugar. Mix until smooth. Add the bread cubes and stir until absorbed.
    Place on a baking tray and place in a medium oven and bake for 35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean, serve at room temperature.

    Syrup:
    In a frying pan, add the sugar and stir until caramelized. Add the butter, cream and salt. The sugar will harden, let it cook until it melts again. Reserve the syrup.
    Unmold the bread pudding and serve with the syrup on top.
