    Bread Pudding with Salted Caramel Sauce

    Bread Pudding Ingredients:
    – 960ml of milk
    – 8 eggs
    – 300g of sugar
    – 1 cup of rice vinegar
    – 5 cups. of stale bread
    – 50g of butter
    – spices to taste (cinnamon, nutmeg)

    Syrup ingredients:
    – 200g of sugar
    125ml cream
    – 300g of sugar – 6 tbsp. of butter soup
    – 1 col. fleur de sel coffee

    How to prepare the bread pudding:

    In a large bowl, break the eggs and beat with a whisk until smooth. Mix the milk, melted butter, cinnamon and sugar. Place the bread cubes in this liquid mixture and stir until absorbed.

    Grease a baking tray with butter and flour. Add the mixture and bake at 180 degrees for 35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Wait for it to cool a little and unmold, cover with the salted caramel sauce and, if you want, add fruit on top. Strawberry and peach go very well!

    How to prepare Salted Caramel Syrup:

    Melt the sugar, stirring until it caramelizes and there are no lumps. Add the butter and cream, being careful not to splash it. Cook over low heat until the sugar melts again and it becomes a smooth syrup. Lastly I add the salt. Let cool to cover.
