Ingredients
- 1 onion chopped parsley leaves
- Chopped chive stalks
- salt
- 2 eggs
- 2 and 1/2 cups of beetroot peel
- 2 tablespoons of margarine
- 1 dessert spoon of milk
- 1 cup of wheat flour
Method of preparation
- Cook the peels in little water.
- Grind the peel with the onion, chives and parsley.
- Sauté the mixture in margarine for 2 minutes.
- Add the egg yolks, wheat flour, milk and salt, stirring constantly.
- Add the beaten egg whites and mix gently.
- Place in a greased pan and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 20 minutes or until golden.
