ROOT TEMPURA

    Ingredients
    – Chive and coriander roots
    – 1 cup of ice water
    – 1 cup of flour
    – 1 egg
    - Frying oil
    – Salt to taste

    Way of doing
    Clean the roots, remove the soil well.
    Mix the egg with the ice water. Add the flour little by little and mix well to avoid lumps.
    Dip the roots in the batter and fry. Drain on paper towel. Season with salt on top.
