Carrot Terrine

    Carrot Terrine

    Ingredients:

    • 2 units of medium carrot
    • 1 roasted carrot
    • 500g cream cheese
    • 3 sheets of gelatin
    • 1 col. From turmeric tea
    • salt to taste
    • juice of 1⁄2 lemon

    Method of preparation:

    Peel a carrot, wrap it in aluminum foil, and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees until it becomes a little soft, around 25 minutes.
    Peel the two carrots, chop and cook until soft. Blend the carrot in a blender with ½
    cup of cooking water until it becomes a homogeneous puree.
    Pour this puree over the cream cheese, add the salt and turmeric. Beat with a mixer until
    homogeneous.
    Hydrate the gelatin sheets in cold water. Squeeze and melt in a water bath. Add to cream cheese and mix well.
    Slice the roasted carrot, line the terrine mold with it, pour the carrot cream on top, and refrigerate.
